In dieser Arbeit wird ein Herstellungsprotokoll für eine neue Art von Kultursubstrat mit Hunderten von Mikrobehältern promm2 vorgestellt, in dem Organoide kultiviert und mittels hochauflösender Mikroskopie beobachtet werden können. Die Zellimpf- und Immunfärbungsprotokolle sind ebenfalls detailliert.
