Até o momento, o desenvolvimento de métodos de identificação da glândula paratireoide (PG) é limitado pela falta de modelos animais na pesquisa pré-clínica. Aqui, estabelecemos um modelo de rato simples e eficaz para imagens de PG intraoperatórias e avaliamos sua eficácia usando nanopartículas de óxido de ferro como um novo agente de contraste PG.
