Aqui, apresentamos um protocolo para a realização de nocautes genéticos que são embrionários letais in vivo em tumores derivados de camundongos geneticamente modificados e, em seguida, avaliando o efeito que o nocaute tem sobre o crescimento do tumor, proliferação, sobrevivência, migração, invasão e a transcrição in vitro e in vivo.
