Hier werden Methoden vorgestellt, um die krebshemmende Wirkung von Lactobacillus cell-free superstandant (LCFS) zu verstehen. Darmkrebs-Zelllinien zeigen Zelltod, wenn sie mit LCFS in 3D-Kulturen behandelt werden. Der Prozess der Erzeugung von Sphäroiden kann je nach Gerüst optimiert werden und die vorgestellten Analysemethoden sind nützlich, um die beteiligten Signalwege zu bewerten.
