Questo articolo descrive un metodo di trapianto per innestare cellule epiteliali mammarie del donatore nel cuscinetto di grasso bianco interscapular degli animali riceventi. Questo metodo può essere utilizzato per esaminare gli effetti dell'ospite e/o del donatore sullo sviluppo dell'epitelio mammario ed elimina la necessità di pre-clearing, estendendo così l'utilità di questa tecnica.
