Dit artikel beschrijft een transplantatiemethode om donorrattenborstepitheelcellen te transplanteren in het interscapulaire witte vetkussen van de ontvangende dieren. Deze methode kan worden gebruikt om gastheer- en/of donoreffecten op de ontwikkeling van borstepitheel te onderzoeken en elimineert de noodzaak van pre-clearing, waardoor het nut van deze techniek wordt uitgebreid.
