الضامة النشاط البالع ضد الخلايا السرطانية, علي وجه التحديد 4T1 الفئران سرطان الثدي الخلايا, كانت في هذه الدراسة. تم تاسيس نموذج الاستزراع الخلوي الحي وملاحظته باستخدام مزيج من المجهر الفلوري وتباين التداخل التفاضلي. وكان هذا التقييم باستخدام برامج التصوير لتطوير الفيديو الفاصلة الزمنيه متعددة.
