El objetivo de esta metodología es identificar células madre cancerosas (CSC) en líneas celulares cancerosas y muestras de tumores humanos primarios con el protocolo de formación de esferas, de manera robusta, utilizando ensayos funcionales y caracterización fenotípica con citometría de flujo y occidental Blot.
