Les auteurs décrivent une méthode d’utilisation polyéthylèneimine (PEI)-enduit superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticules pour la transfection des macrophages avec siARN. Ces nanoparticules peuvent délivrer efficacement des siARN d’expression du gène cible in vitro et in vivo et silence macrophages.
