פרוטוקול זה מתאר את ההשוואה חוץ גופייה של שני מאפיינים פונקציונליים מפתח של rituximab: היעד מחייב ולהשלים תלוי רעיל לתאים (CDC) אינדוקציה. השיטות הועסקו לקבלת השוואה מפורטת ל-צדדי בין rituximab הפניה ו biosimilar rituximab. מבחנים אלה יכולים להיות מועסקים במהלך פיתוח biosimilar או כמו בקרת איכות בייצור שלהם.
