Dit protocol beschrijft de in vitro vergelijking van twee belangrijke functionele kenmerken van rituximab: target binding en complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) inductie. De methoden werden gebruikt voor een vergelijking tussen referentie rituximab en een rituximab biosimilar. Deze analyses kunnen worden gebruikt bij biosimilar ontwikkeling of als kwaliteitscontrole in hun productie.
