In dit artikel beschrijven we een betrekkelijk eenvoudige manier aangepast met de fluorescentie kleurstof diaminofluorescein 2-diacetaat (DAF-2DA) en dihydroethidium (DHE) voor en face gelijktijdige detectie en visualisatie van intracellulaire stikstofoxide (NO) en superoxide anion (O 2 .- ) respectievelijk in vers geïsoleerde intacte aorta's van een obesitas muismodel.
