Établissement de la concentration bactéricide minimale d’un agent antimicrobien pour les cellules planctoniques (MBC-P) et les cellules de biofilm (MBC-B)
Ce protocole permet une comparaison directe entre la résistance planctonique et la résistance au biofilm pour une souche bactérienne qui peut former un biofilm in vitro à l’aide d’une plaque de microtitre de 96 puits. Les bactéries planctoniques ou biofilms sont exposées à des dilutions en série de l’agent antimicrobien de choix. La viabilité est dosée par croissance sur des plaques de gélose.
