Ce protocole implique un non-radioactifs<em> In-situ</emProcessus d'hybridation> qui permet l'identification simultanée des deux espèces transcription, à une résolution seule cellule, dans les sections minces du cerveau des vertébrés.
Nous décrivons ici une version modifiée d'une fluorescence à double<em> In situ</emL'hybridation> (dFISH) méthode optimisée pour la détection de deux ARNm d'intérêt dans des coupes de cerveau frais congelé. Notre groupe a utilisé avec succès cette approche pour étudier des gènes co-régulation. Plus précisément, nous avons utilisé cette méthode pour explorer dFISH l'organisation anatomique, les propriétés neurochimiques, et l'impact de l'expérience sensorielle dans le centre de circuits sensoriels, à la résolution seule cellule. Ce protocole a été validé dans le tissu cérébral de souris, les rats et les oiseaux chanteurs, mais devrait être facilement adaptable à d'autres espèces de vertébrés, ainsi que d'un éventail de tissus non neuraux.
