We tonen aan dat de overexpressie van de epidermale groeifactor (EGFR) de beweeglijkheid van neurale stamcellen (NSCs) met behulp van een roman agarose gel op basis microfluïdische toestel verbetert. Deze technologie kan gemakkelijk aan te passen aan andere zoogdiercelsystemen waar mobiele bronnen zijn schaars, zoals menselijke neurale stamcellen, en de doorlooptijd is van cruciaal belang.
