Los aloinjertos ortotópicos singénicos de ratón del adenocarcinoma ductal pancreático (PDAC) recapitulan la biología, los fenotipos y las respuestas terapéuticas de los subtipos de enfermedades. Debido a su progresión tumoral rápida y reproducible, son ampliamente utilizados en estudios preclínicos. Aquí, mostramos prácticas comunes para generar estos modelos, inyectando cultivos singénicos murinos de PDAC en el páncreas.
