Syngenetische muis orthotopische allografts van pancreas ductaal adenocarcinoom (PDAC) recapituleren de biologie, fenotypen en therapeutische reacties van ziektesubtypen. Vanwege hun snelle, reproduceerbare tumorprogressie worden ze veel gebruikt in preklinische studies. Hier tonen we gemeenschappelijke praktijken om deze modellen te genereren, waarbij syngenetische murine PDAC-culturen in de alvleesklier worden geïnjecteerd.
