Hier wordt een protocol gepresenteerd om een snel en niet-destructief systeem te bouwen voor het meten van cel- of kerncompressie op basis van acoustofluidic microdevice. Veranderingen in mechanische eigenschappen van tumorcellen na epitheliaal-mesenchymale overgang of ioniserende straling werden onderzocht, wat het toepassingsperspectief van deze methode in wetenschappelijk onderzoek en klinische praktijk aantoont.
