À l’ère de l’immunothérapie du cancer, l’intérêt pour l’élucidation de la dynamique du microenvironnement tumoral a augmenté de manière frappante. Ce protocole détaille une technique d’imagerie par spectrométrie de masse en ce qui concerne ses étapes de coloration et d’imagerie, qui permettent une analyse spatiale hautement multiplexée.
