Extrazelluläre Vesikel (EVs) tragen zur Zellbiologie und interzellulären Kommunikation bei. Es besteht ein Bedarf an praktischen Assays, um die Aufnahme von Elektrofahrzeugen durch die Zellen zu visualisieren und zu quantifizieren. Das aktuelle Protokoll schlägt den EV-Aufnahmeassay vor, indem eine dreidimensionale Fluoreszenzbildgebung mittels konfokaler Mikroskopie verwendet wird, nachdem die EV-Isolierung durch ein mikrofluidisches Gerät auf Nanofiltrationsbasis erfolgt.
