Este protocolo describe la preparación de cultivos organotípicos de cortes (OTSC). Esta técnica facilita el cultivo ex vivo de tejido multicelular intacto. Las OTSC se pueden utilizar inmediatamente para probar su respectiva respuesta a los fármacos en un entorno multicelular.
