Hier presenteren we een protocol om het samenspel tussen gastheer en ziekteverwekker te profileren tijdens infectie door op massaspectrometrie gebaseerde proteomics. Dit protocol maakt gebruik van labelvrije kwantificering om veranderingen in eiwitrijkdom van zowel gastheer (bijv. macrofagen) als ziekteverwekker (bijv. Cryptococcus neoformans)in één experiment te meten.
