Deux approches cytométriques en flux de détection de surface de ligand NKG2D pour distinguer les cellules souches des sous-populations en vrac dans la leucémie myéloïde aiguë
Nous présentons deux protocoles de souillure différents pour la détection du ligand NKG2D (NKG2DL) dans les échantillons humains primaires de leucémie myéloïde aiguë (AML). La première approche est basée sur une protéine de fusion, capable de reconnaître tous les ligands connus et potentiellement encore inconnus, tandis que le second protocole repose sur l’ajout de plusieurs anticorps anti-NKG2DL.
