mikroRNA'lar IgA nefropatisinin patogenezinde rol oynarlar. Bir IgA nefropati fare modelinin (HIGA fareleri) böbreklerindeki mikroRNA ekspresyon seviyelerini tespit etmek için güvenilir bir yöntem geliştirdik. Bu yeni yöntem, IgA nefropatisinde miRNA tutulumunu kontrol etmeyi kolaylaştıracaktır.
