هنا، نقدم بروتوكول لتقييم اثنين من أنماط التنفس العميق من التنفس الطبيعي والحجاب الحاجز لفعاليتها وسهولة التنفيذ. وتم اختيار خمسة عشر مشاركاً، باستخدام تخطيط كهربية القلب ومحلل غاز منتهي الصلاحية لقياس بارامترات التهوية، إلى جانب التقييم البصري عن طريق التقاط الفيديو لحركة الصدر البطني.
