Le but de cette méthode est de générer un modèle in vivo de l'angiogenèse tumorale en xénogreffer les cellules tumorales mammifères dans un embryon de poisson zèbre qui a des vaisseaux sanguins fluorescents étiquetés. En imagerie du xénogreffe et des vaisseaux associés, une mesure quantitative de la réponse angiogénique peut être obtenue.
