Quantifizierung von drei DNA-Mäsionen durch Massenspektrometrie und Bewertung ihrer Niveaus in den Themen von Mäusen, die der zämatten Feinstaub ausgesetzt sind
Wir beschreiben hier Methoden zur sensiblen und genauen Quantifizierung der Läsionen 8-oxo-7,8-Dihydro-2 '-deoxyguanosine (8-oxodGuo),1, N6-etheno-2 '-deoxyadenosine (1,N6-dAdo) und 1,N2- Etheno-2 '-deoxyguanosine (1,N2-dGuo) in der DNA. Die Methoden wurden zur Beurteilung der Auswirkungen von Umgebungsfeinstaub (PM 2,5) inGeweben (Lunge, Leber und Niere) von exponierten A/J-Mäusen eingesetzt.
