Nisto nós descrevemos duas aproximações para caracterizar eventos da polarização da pilha em linfócitos de B durante a formação de um IS. O primeiro, envolve a quantificação do recrutamento organela e rearranjos de citoesqueleto na membrana sináptica. A segunda é uma abordagem bioquímica, para caracterizar as mudanças na composição do centrosome, que sofre polarização para a sinapse imune.
