Bestuderen van tumor communicatie kan identificeren prognostische of voorspellende biomarkers voor klinische respons op immunotherapie. Hier wordt gepresenteerd, is een innovatieve methode op basis van in situ fluorescentie multispectrale imaging te analyseren en automatisch verschillende subpopulaties van CD8 tellen+ T cellen. Deze reproduceerbaar zijn en betrouwbare techniek is geschikt voor grote cohort analyses.
