Wir beschreiben ein Verfahren zur stabilen Markierung von Patienten stamm Xenotransplantaten (PDXs) mit lentivirale Partikel exprimieren grün fluoreszierenden Protein und Luziferase-Reporter. Diese Methode ermöglicht es, das Wachstum von PDXs am primären Standort zum Verfolgen sowie Detektieren spontaner und experimentelle Metastasen in vivo Bildgebungssysteme verwendet werden .
