Hybridation in situ fluorescente (FISH) permet la détection d'acides nucléiques de leur environnement natif dans les cellules. Nous décrivons ici un protocole pour le combiné, la détection simultanée de l'ARN et de l'ADN à l'aide de FISH, qui peut être utilisée pour étudier l'inactivation du chromosome X dans les cellules souches embryonnaires de souris.
