Indirecte immunofluorescentie (IIF) assays traditioneel gebruikt voor de detectie van antinucleaire antilichamen (ANA) in menselijk serum. De aanwezigheid van deze antilichamen kunnen helpen bij de diagnose van systemische auto reumatische aandoeningen (SARD). Dit protocol laat zien hoe effectief uit te voeren de IIF techniek om deze autoantilichamen nauwkeurig te detecteren.
