Bloedvaten in de menselijke skeletspier haven diverse multi-lineage voorloper populaties die ideaal is voor regeneratieve toepassingen zijn. Deze isolatie methode maakt gelijktijdige zuivering van drie multipotente precursor celpopulaties respectievelijk uit drie structurele lagen van de bloedvaten: myogene endotheelcellen van de intima, pericytes van media en adventitia cellen van adventitia.
