Nous présentons une méthode pour former une fenêtre d'imagerie dans le crâne de la souris qui s'étend millimètres et est stable pendant des mois sans inflammation du cerveau. Cette méthode est bien adaptée pour les études longitudinales de la circulation sanguine, la dynamique cellulaire et cellulaire / structure vasculaire en utilisant la microscopie à deux photons.
