Beschrijven we een protocol van helderveld intravitale microscopie voor het meten van dynamische neutrofiel-endotheliale cel interacties tijdens neutrofielen werving in reactie op de bron van een neutrofiel chemoattractant in vivo. Neutrofiele intraluminale kruipen, transendotheliale migratie en chemotaxis in de muis cremaster spierweefsel worden gevisualiseerd met een time-vervallen video fotografie en gevolgd met ImageJ.
