Este artículo describe una técnica simple para inducir aloantígenos específicos de anergia en las células mononucleares de sangre periférica. La técnica puede aplicarse clínicamente para generar no aloreactivas células del donante. La infusión de estas células podría mejorar la reconstitución inmune y reducir la toxicidad después de trasplante alogénico de células madre hematopoyéticas.
