Cet article décrit une technique simple pour induire l'anergie alloantigène spécifique dans les cellules mononucléées du sang périphérique. La technique peut être appliquée en clinique pour générer des cellules de donneurs non-alloréactifs. La perfusion de ces cellules pourrait améliorer la reconstitution immunitaire et réduire la toxicité après allogreffe de cellules souches hématopoïétiques.
