Hier laten we zien een protocol voor het uitvoeren van live cell vlekken die kunnen worden gebruikt om de geurstof receptoren gemakkelijk te detecteren op het oppervlak van HEK293T cellen. Daarnaast kan het ook worden gebruikt om de analyse voor oppervlakte-expressie van andere chemosensory receptoren of GPCR's.
