Met behulp van fijne punt micropipetten we plasmide DNA injecteren in deelgebieden van de kip somieten of neurale buizen. De concentratie van het plasmide is aangepast aan enkele getransfecteerde cellen te genereren. Vervolgens hebben we laten de cellen zich ontwikkelen tot klonale populaties.
