Abstract
Questo lavoro si propone di istruire il lettore nel montaggio e funzionamento di un vicino infrarosso microscopio a campo per l'imaging oltre il limite di diffrazione. Il apertureless microscopio a campo vicino è una luce scattering-tipo di strumento che fornisce gli spettri infrarossi a circa 20 nm risoluzione. Un elenco completo dei componenti e uno step-by-step del protocollo per l'uso è fornito. Gli errori più comuni in assemblea e messa a punto dello strumento sono discussi. Di fondo: Apertureless sonda di campo vicino microscopia IR offre immagini ad alta risoluzione spaziale. Si tratta di una tecnica relativamente nuova, in cui è diffusa un fascio incidente a infrarossi da un forte microscopia a forza atomica (AFM) punta oscilla alla frequenza di risonanza del cantilever vicino al campione.
