Abstract
Ce document vise à instruire le lecteur dans le montage et le fonctionnement d'un infrarouge microscope en champ proche pour l'imagerie delà de la limite de diffraction. Le apertureless microscope en champ proche est une dispersion de la lumière-type d'instrument qui fournit des spectres infrarouges à une résolution de 20 nm vers. Une liste complète de composants et un protocole étape par étape pour l'utilisation est prévue. Erreurs fréquentes dans l'assemblage et le réglage instrument sont discutées.
