Einzel-Zell-Elektroporation (SCE) ist eine spezialisierte Technik, die Abgabe von DNA oder andere Makromoleküle in einzelne Zellen innerhalb intakten Gewebe, auch in vivo Präparate. Hier haben wir ausführlich das Verfahren für die SCE von einem fluoreszierenden Farbstoff-oder Plasmid-DNA in die Neuronen im intakten Gehirn des Xenopus laevis Kaulquappen.
