Het huidige protocol beschrijft het opzetten van 3D 'bovenop' culturen van een niet-getransformeerde borstepitheelcellijn, MCF10A, die is aangepast om door Bloedplaatjes Activerende Factor (PAF) geïnduceerde transformatie te bestuderen. Immunofluorescentie is gebruikt om de transformatie te beoordelen en wordt in detail besproken.
