Die klinische Abklärung der Spastik auf Basis des Hoffmann-Reflexes (H-Reflex) und mittels elektrischer Stimulation peripherer Nerven ist eine etablierte Methode. In dieser Arbeit stellen wir ein Protokoll für eine terminale und direkte Nervenstimulation zur Quantifizierung des H-Reflexes in der Vorderpfote der Maus zur Verfügung.
