Melanoom is een zeer agressieve ziekte die zich snel verspreidt naar andere organen. Dit protocol beschrijft de toepassing van ultra-hoogfrequente echografie, gekoppeld aan 3D-rendering, om het volume van de inguinale lymfeklieren in het Braf / Pten-muismodel van gemetastaseerd melanoom te bewaken.
