Hier wird ein Protokoll zur Isolierung und Transinfektion primärer Iris- und retinaler Pigmentepithelzellen aus verschiedenen Säugetieren (Mäuse, Ratten, Kaninchen, Schweine und Rinder) vorgestellt.
