Uyuyan Güzel (SB) transpozon sistemini kullanarak pigment epitel türevi faktörü (PEDF) kodlayan gen ile elektroporasyon yoluyla primer insan pigment epitel hücrelerini transfekte etmek için bir protokol geliştirdik. Başarılı transfeksiyon, kantitatif polimeraz zincir reaksiyonu (qPCR), immünoblotlama ve enzime bağlı immünosorbent testi (ELISA) ile gösterilmiştir.
