Het MACCS-platform is een uitgebreid telegeneeskundeconcept dat gericht is op betere resultaten na niertransplantatie door belangrijke medische informatie te delen tussen patiënten en artsen. Een telegeneeskundeteam beoordeelt binnenkomende gegevens om mogelijke complicaties te detecteren en de therapietrouw bij ontvangers van niertransplantaties te verbeteren om betere langetermijnresultaten te bereiken.
