Les planaires d’eau douce présentent trois démarches (glisse, péristalse et scrunching) qui se distinguent par l’analyse comportementale quantitative. Nous décrivons une méthode pour induire le scrunching utilisant divers stimuli nocifs, quantification de celui-ci, et la distinction du péristaltisme et de la glisse. En utilisant le knockdown de gène, nous démontrons la spécificité du scrunching comme lecture phénotypique quantitative.
