Hier zeigen wir, wie man eine intravitale Mikroskopie auf postkapillaren Venulen des Maus-Cremaster-Muskels durchführt. Häufig angewendet auf verschiedene Modelle von Entzündungen und Sepsis, insbesondere solche, die durch Chemokine und Zytokine induziert werden, heben wir ihre Relevanz in der Untersuchung von Muskopathien mit übertriebener Muskel-Leukozyten-Infiltration hervor.
